Citi View, Paddington – Luxury Student Accommodation
The Citi View project in Paddington is a high-end student accommodation development, offering luxurious living spaces tailored for modern student life.
Comprising 353 rooms across 8 floors, each unit is designed with an ensuite and kitchenette, ensuring a premium, self-contained living experience. In addition to private rooms, the development features high-quality communal areas, including a gym, lounge, and study spaces.
Our role involved carrying out silicone works throughout all rooms and shared areas, delivering a flawless finish in line with the high-spec nature of the project.
With final works wrapping up in December 2024, this project was particularly time-sensitive. Due to unforeseen scheduling challenges unrelated to the main contractor, the work programme was significantly compressed. This required an intensive, labour-driven effort, working out of sequence and in close collaboration with multiple trades to ensure successful and timely completion.
Despite the challenges, we delivered to the highest standards, contributing to a standout development in the student accommodation sector.
