Essex Sealants were awarded the contract for silicone works at Host Wembley, a major renovation project covering over 400 student accommodations.
With 30,000+ metres of silicone applied across kitchens, bedrooms, corridors, and communal areas, this labour-intensive project required efficiency and precision. Completed within a short time frame to meet the client’s needs, the work was successfully delivered by summer 2023.
