We are proud to have recently secured a project as an approved subcontractor for PAYE, a market-leading stonework and restoration contractor operating across London and the South East. Holding the prestigious Royal Warrant for building façade restoration and conservation, PAYE is synonymous with excellence in the industry.
Our work on-site commenced in December 2024, continuing into the New Year. As part of this project, PAYE is meticulously restoring the stonework, while we are responsible for preparing the joints and sealing the concrete-to-stone junctions, ensuring all cavities are properly sealed to prevent moisture ingress and insect intrusion.
We have already completed work on the top two floors of this 18-storey building, with floors 17 and 18 housing the High Commission.
The project is led by Multiplex, a globally renowned Tier 1 construction company. Given the scale and complexity of the development, health and safety compliance is paramount. All equipment and materials must be securely tethered, with silicone tubes cut inside and off the scaffold to maintain the highest safety standards.
We are pleased to report that our team is meeting the stringent safety and quality requirements, ensuring our work aligns with the exceptional standards expected on this prestigious project.
