The Lyon Quarter development is a new residential neighbourhood in the sought-after Brighton & Hove area, offering a collection of studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom Shared Ownership apartments.
Comprising 154 homes across four apartment blocks, this project aims to provide high-quality, affordable housing with modern living spaces.
We are contracted to complete internal and external silicone work across the project, ensuring a flawless finish in line with the project’s high standards.
With work commencing in December 2023, the project is set to be completed this year. Despite challenges, we have successfully contributed to a standout residential development, enhancing Brighton & Hove’s growing property landscape.
